History
Liberty Lutheran’s service history dates as far back as 1887. The original organizations to deliver services under the Liberty Lutheran brand were the senior communities, Paul's Run Retirement Community and Artman Lutheran, as well as Artman's health and wellness facility, the Becoming Center, and the social service agency, Lutheran Children and Family Service.

  • 2001

In January 2001, three Lutheran social service organizations merged their missions to care for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of children, older adults and families. Together, we formed what is now known as Liberty Lutheran, a social ministry organization of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
